Cafe Classics hand blends single origin coffees from around the world to create our signature blends. Our blands range from a light and delicate to an intense, bold and flavorful cup... a blend to please the most discriminating palate.
Each one of our signature blends and single origin coffees are roasted in small batches which are carefully controlled to fully develop their unique characteristics and flavour.
Roasting specialty coffee is both an art and a science. Our modern roasting equipment ensures consistency, while we artfully bring each batch to it's fullest potential.
Immediately after roasting and while still warm, our whole bean coffees are packed in Cafe Classic own "flovourlock" one way valve bags to guarantee unsurpassed freshness.
ROASTING PLANT AND SHOWROOM TOURS
Please call and make an appointment if you would like to learn more about roasting and blending of specialty coffees. In our showroom we can sample traditional and espresso coffees while demonstrating the latest in brewing technology. Teas, chai, hot chocolate, smoothies, blended iced coffee mixes, syrups, cups, etc. are also on display.
ESPRESSO AND COFFEE TRAINING
We offer training to all of your staff either in our facility or at your location. We will show you the proper procedures to produce the finest espresso based drink and traditional cup of coffee available. We will educate your staff in the proper cleaning, maintenance, and trouble shooting skills that are necessary in producing superb coffee drinks consistently.
